We had 10 minutes to shoot these pictures yesterday and I have to say, the flowers serve as the perfect backdrop for this blouse! How great are these colors? I also love the print of this blouse from Leifsdottir at Anthropologie. I was in need of a good neutral pair of pumps and found these on Gilt Groupe. Calm Before the Storm

It's hard to believe just a few days ago it was 80 degrees! Winter is back, and we managed to sneak outside for a few minutes to take pictures before it started raining again. It was actually pretty cold and I should have been wearing more layers! I love this different take on a denim jacket; the sleeves and collar are coated denim. And I know I've raved about Shoemint before, but I have found some of my favorite shoes since the site debuted in November 2011. These are no exception, and have been a staple in my closet for about 6 months now. Perfect for a pop of print:)

Sequined Nautical

Last week was especially hard having been in a major car accident. I am okay! Yes, totally fine! It was the perfect timing to have my family and my husband's best friend come into town. We spent the weekend enjoying the quiet little beach town of Coronado Island. We bbq'd, the boys golfed, consumed lots of wine and laughed way too much. It was just what the doctor ordered. Talk to you from Sacramento later this week:) It's almost time for Turkey Day!
